I'm trying to plan a trip to southern Florida for my husband and I next year hopefully. He is in college so I am planning around his school breaks. What attracts me about southern Florida is the National Parks. I definitely want to go to all three. (Biscayne, Dry Tortugas, and Everglades) I was recently told by a frequent visitor to Dry Tortugas that a better time to snorkel is May. I am considering moving my plans from January to May (around the 3rd to the 13th). However, now I am reading that May in the Everglades may not be good for bugs and wildlife viewing. Can anyone give me any insight into this? I want to do both if possible. What was your experience like? TIA! Please Help. Thanks ! I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
